Service provided: Event Management
The brief: Manage and co-ordinate a three session Real Ale festival within Portsmouth Guildhall twice a year.
The solution: Victorious Events put together an event management plan working with the Guildhall to make sure it adhered to the Guildhall existing licence’s and H&S policy.
Once in place and everyone was happy with the plans VE set about ordering the stock infrastructure, entertainment and booking in staff! Next we recruited site crew to build the infrastructure needed along with installing bespoke Décor. The VE Team and The Guildhall worked together over the live event days to ensure the show was a success.
