The brief: Improve accessibility at Victorious & get on Attitude Is Everything Charter of Best Practice.

The solution: We improved accessibility both before and during the event. We updated the website page & PA ticket application process online to make it simpler for customers. We discussed and implemented ways of improving site facilities both with the team and local disabled customers to enhance customers festival experience. We also ensured we closely followed and met charter requirements.

The feedback: Awarded Silver status on the AIE charter in our first year. Nominated & Shortlisted for ‘The Customer Service Awards’ and ‘Ticketing Without Barriers’ at the Outstanding Attitude Awards as a reflection of this.
